Refund Policy

At B2Proxy, we do our best to provide consistent and sustainable service to our clients. Please read this document carefully before starting to use the service (as described in the Privacy Agreement and Terms of Service), as it sets forth the policies regarding dispute resolution and refund issues that may arise as a result of using B2Proxy.

Refund Policy:

Given the intangible and irrevocable nature of B2Proxy's services, all proxy products are delivered in strict compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifications. No refunds shall be issued upon order completion or proxy utilization.

Every described utility-case on www.b2proxy.com works at top performance. Yet even then we encourage our customers to ensure that our proxies are compatible with their specific requirements. Once the payment process has been completed, we will not support refunds for any paid services that are not product features, including but not limited to the following situations:

• The data provided by the customer during the registration process is incomplete or inconsistent.

• The customer's account has been blocked or suspended due to illegal activities.

• Violation of the customer's obligations regarding the acceptable use of the system or services (as defined in the Terms of Use).

• The quality of the services provided complies with the conditions stipulated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• The purchased proxies usage time limit has expired.

• Connection quality and speed are subject to third-party limitations beyond the control of B2Proxy . B2Proxy does not guarantee any quality measurements of the internet connection provided by third-party internet service providers. You hereby agree that any issues related to connection speed parameters are non-refundable.

• Rejection of client software. As long as the customer can access and/or use the system through third-party and/or proprietary software (client software), B2Proxy is not responsible for the compatibility of customer software with the system.

Dispute Resolution:

B2Proxy team will answer all of your questions, deliver precise and reliable information in order to support your agency or personal use-case, we value our customer-relationships the most. Satisfaction guaranteed. We are certain of our product since each and every proxy is tested multiple times before being delivered to the customer. If you are having technical difficulties please contact our support department for quick resolution via email: support@b2proxy.com before claiming a refund as we will be happy to solve any problems.

Please note that, for security reasons, we record customer support conversations with our clients.
